Order Confirmation Systems (OCS)

The Howard Company/Mainstreet Menu Systems and Techknow Inc have teamed up to provide the best in Order Verification Systems (OCS) to our drive thru customers. Techknow developed a visual confirmation system that displays not only order verification, but allows the store to offer marketing promotions and specials while the customer is waiting in the queue. The optional timing system program allows the store to monitor wait times and other vital information to assist in making decisions on products offered and improving the customer experience.

TK-OCS-300 offers the industry's largest screen, measuring 17", giving it a full 33% bigger viewing area than other screens
Mount the screen either landscape or portrait view on our canopy pole (portrait is standard in the kiosk style)

Three Steps, Three Screens make order confirmation easy!

Arrival Screen
	Before the order begins, the customer can view up to five different programmable high-resolution POP graphics. These POP's are excellent marketing tools for sales, limited time promotions, new products, and more. This is a cost effective way to promote test items at different locations.

Order Screen
	When the order taker strikes a key in the register, the system opens the order screen. Customers see their special add-ons in red text. The system software translates POS short codes into 25 character text descriptors so customers see their order as it is placed. Along with item text, item pictures are displayed, also visually confirming the order. Up to 23 lines of text can be displayed without scrolling - view large orders completely! Individual item pricing is optional. Total and tax are clearly displayed for customers to verify orders. Programmable scrolling messages can be displayed on the bottom of the screen.

Total Screen
	The suggestive "Sell & Total" screen automatically appears when the order is totaled. The software scans the order and suggests "forgotten" items along with text and graphic, increasing upsell sales. Additional upsell text or a unique promotional text can be displayed to inspire impulse purchases. The grand total is clearly displayed to the customer, enabling him to have payment ready when reaching the service window.
