First, let us design a system for you! Use the handy design request form or click on the Request a Design link in the right navigation column.  Once you have submitted the form along with your menu, our graphic design department will customize a system for your specific needs based on the information you submitted to us.  A Customer Service representative will be in contact with you to clarify any questions you may have regarding the design or the menu system.  The CSS representative may also have suggestions for other products available to enhance your store decor.  Once a design is finalized, the CSS representative will discuss payment options and complete the ordering process.

Our Electronic File Specifications are as follows:

  Accepted media: CD, DVD or FTP

  Proportions: Set up files at final output size or proportional to final output dimensions. Indicate
                    crop marks.

  Resolution: Optimum resolution is 200 ppi at final output size.

  Colors: Raster images can be in RGB or CMYK.  All other files must be CMYK.  Specify any critical
            color matches.  Exact color matches may not always be possible due to the limitations of
            the materials used.

  Fonts: Outline fonts if possible or include both screen and printer fonts.

  Files: Save all files in an editable format.  Include all support files.  Only send files needed for 
          production.  Save each layout as its own file.  Include a proof of the final layout.

  Programs: Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign
